Tracking Your Order

All orders are sent with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped.

Delays & Remote Areas

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, especially during postal strikes or peak periods.

Orders to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or remote areas may take slightly longer.

📦 Missed Deliveries & Returns to Sender

If Royal Mail attempts delivery and no one is home, they may leave a “Something for you” card. Please arrange a redelivery or collect from your local delivery office within the stated time.

If your order is returned to us due to non-collection:

£2.99 redelivery fee will apply to cover postage costs

🔄 Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident trying PureEase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a no-quibble 60-day return policy.

To return your item:

unused within 60 days of purchase

name and order number

2nd class post and keep proof of postage

We’re happy to refund your item cost, but we’re unable to cover return postage unless the item is faulty.
